Despite existing DEI initiatives, there continues to be an overwhelming lack of diversity in the U.S. workforce, which is why we wanted to show companies what they miss out on when they lack diversity in the workplace by giving them different examples of things that would look odd if they lacked variety in the real world.

We made a series of posters with examples of things that would look really weird if they lacked variety in the real world.

Digital

We even created a Spotify playlist with just one song to show people that when a majority of your workforce is white, you don’t have as many voices in the room.

Experiential

And to top it all off, we hijacked Nobu’s menu and only gave their guests one item to choose from to show people that when a majority of your workforce is white, you don’t have as many opportunities to try something new.
